Rental period
Minimum rental period is 1 day (24h) with acceptable length delay of 29 Minutes. Any further delay from the time is writing in to reservation, has additional cost of 12€ charged + one extra day.
Driver’s age and driving license
Minimum age 30 years and maximum 70 years for all car groups,If you are younger – older than the above age you will need extra insurance to cover the liability amount.Driving license must be issued at least 1 year before rental start. Driver must hold a valid European (for EU countries) or International (for countries that don’t belong to EU) driving license.
Additional driver
In a car rental only the driver is covered by all above insurances. If other drivers are going to drive the rented vehicle they must be declared in the lease contract at the start of the rental period. Required documents are identity card or passport and a valid driving license. The additional driver service is charged per day.
Traffic violations
The renter assumes full responsibility for traffic violations and pays the respective fines. In case that the renter will not pay the fine, PBG Limitless Rent A Car will charge the fine cost plus administrative expenses.

Delivery and collection to this locations are free: Aktio Airport Preveza(PVK), Ioannina Airport(IOA), Kefalonia island (EFL) , Lefkada City, Lefkada – Nikiana, Preveza City, Igoumenitsa port(IGO), Thessaloniki International Airport Macedonia(SKG) ,Peloponnese 12 stations, Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos(ATH), All the others cities in Greece on request.
Insurance & Liability amount of PBG Limitless Rent a car
What does it cover?
It covers third-party insurance deaths and personal injuries, including PBG Limitless rent a car vehicle (excluding PBG Limitless car driver) up to € 1,000,000 and third party damage to the amount of € 1,000,000.
What does not cover?
Total or partial theft of the car.
Theft of personal items that are located on or inside the PBG Limitless vehicle.
Death or bodily injury of the PBG Limitless vehicle driver.
Damage to the PBG Limitless vehicle. Cost Included in the price.
No insurance coverage is not valid:
when transporting the vehicle by ferry,if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,for damages caused by driving on unpaved roads,for damage on the bottom part, wheels, hubcaps, tires, mirrors, antenna, glass and interior,for loss of personal belongings.for accidents caused by a driver not declared in the lease contract,for loss or damage of the vehicle key,for loss or destruction of Navi GPS device, child seats, snow chains or other additional equipment
The cost of damage or loss of the car is paid even if the tenant is insured by a credit card or other insurance company. In this case, the tenant is obliged to pay the entire vehicle repair or replacement costs and then ask for a refund from the credit card or another insurance provider.
When you pick up your rental car at the station,
the counter staff might offer you extra types of cover or insurance. These are likely to cover parts of the car beyond the bodywork (for example Theft Protection,Glass waiver,engine,bottom or mirrors etc.), or reduce the Collision Damage Waiver until the minimum they can be, this type of extra coverage has extra cost per day, this option minimize the amount of responsibility.
This kind of cover is optional, so the decision is yours…

When you return the car at the rental company, they will charges your credit card. Claim to insurance company, if you have book with Full insurance : it’s quick and easy! Most claims are settled within two weeks!

Limitations
The cars are not allowed to be used for: Driving outside the Greek borders, driving off-road, carrying heavy objects or bad use in general. Vehicles returned in bad condition and with extremely dirty interior (e.g food stains, coffee, etc.) will be charged for special cleaning.
All the rent a car stays at the local area of the station, for example if you have book a car from Preveza Airport and you want to go to Athens or Peloponnesus you will need to inform the company.In case you will be delayed to pick up the rented car over 1 hour, there will be an extra cost of 31 €, a flight delay without informing the company and more than 1 hour extra cost 38 € if the delay is over 22.30.
Fuel policy
All cars they should be returned with the same quantity of fuel in the tank as on delivery. If the car is returned with less fuel, there is a charge the cost of the missing fuel. Fuel left in the tank is not refundable.

Known as: SDW in Australia and the US, in Europe is FDW (Full Damage Waiver Coverage)What does it cover?
In the event of damage to the PBG Limitless vehicle, the tenant is covered for the cost of the repair. However, he will have to pay the amount of responsibility, for damage,theft protection, regardless of the tenant’s fault, for categories A 150€ , B 200€, C & D 250€, Categories H 450€ , Jeep 600€, (Full insurance policy). The amount of responsibility includes repair, storage and loss of car use. If and when PBG Limitless is compensated for the damage, then it will return the corresponding amount to the renter. if the Greek Traffic Code has not been violated.and only for accident that recording by the Traffic Police report,Full Insurance coverage exceptions parts are not insured by any insurance special from the Full Insurance:The bottom of the car, the interior, tires and mirrors, scratches, hit damages that has been by negligence of the renter, damages that may be happen during the rental period are covered only if the renter has the report of Greek traffic police is obliged to have it, otherwise is obliged to pay for the repairs. The FDW has extra cost per day.

What does not cover?

If the bodywork gets damaged while you were illegally parked, speeding or drink-driving, for example, your Collision Damage Waiver won’t protect you, and you will be liable for the whole amount.
PBG Limitless Fleet Collision Damage Waiver
What does it cover?
The amounts of responsibility In the event of damage to the PBG Limitless vehicle, the renter is covered for the cost of the repair,However, he will have to pay the liability for damage, which is up to€ 750 for car categories A,B,C, up to € 1,250 for car categories D, G, H, J, K, L & P up to € 2,500 for car categories F & Minibus regardless of the renter fault.
The above amounts do not include VAT.If and when PBG Limitless is compensated for the damage, then it will return the corresponding amount to the renter, Collision Damage Waiver means that you are not resposible for all the value of the car but only for the amount of resposibility, with exceptions violations the traffic law and the terms in rental agreement that make the renter resposible for all the damage.
Note: The amounts of responsibility is the amount you will pay if something goes wrone in the rental period regardless of the renter fault,When and if PBG Limitless Rent a car is compensated for the damage or theft or damage of its car, then it will return the corresponding amount to the tenant.
Administrative expenses
In case of an accident, there is a non-refundable fee of 62.00€ in order to cover the administrative expenses.
Car rental guarantee
In order to rent a car a Credit card or Debit card is always required (Visa, Master Card, Amex), PBG Limitless Rent a Car will Pre-Authorize the responsibility amount until the end of the rental period.
Payments
The rent can be paid by credit card or debit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners), by cash, bank transfer at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period. To complete a booking a deposit is required equal to 30% of total rental rate.
Regardless of payment a Credit card or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is required for guarantee. PBG Limitless Rent a Car will pre-authorize the liability amount until the end of the rental period.
Rental agreement
During receipt of the vehicle a rental agreement is signed and contains the above terms and conditions.
